"Business
Selling System" Overview:
Our
unique Business Selling
System is divided into three steps.
Step One - Preparation – Proper
Preparation Prevents Pitifully Poor Performance - This first step
provides a foundation upon which a successful outcome is built and does not
require a Listing Agreement be signed.
v
Profile the business to determine strengths and areas of
opportunity
v
Perform a Comprehensive Financial and
Operational Review (both financial and non-financial)
v
Determine the values different buyers can be predicted to pay for
the Company
v
Identify profile of ideal acquirer to minimizes marketplace
exposure and maintain confidentiality
v
Provide specific recommendations to enhance the value of the
enterprise
v
Identify structure best suited to minimizing tax impact (It’s
not what you get but what
you get to keep that’s important)
v
Research industry and marketplace in order to ratify opportunities
and value using third party resources
v
Determine the availability and conditions of third party
acquisition funding
Step
Two – Ratify the timeliness of
selling the business or, if appropriate, take other actions such as
implementation of value enhancement recommendations.
Once you, the business owner, decide you are ready to sell, final
preparations are completed:

identified in step one
v
Prepare “Due Diligence” documents to facilitate buyer’s
investigation and avoid closing delays
v
Make sure any issues your attorney or accountant may have are
resolved and that they are ready to close a deal
Step
Three – Begin the selling process by selecting the option that best suits
your situation.
