Only a few hectares of the land are used for agriculture. The large rest is a national park which constantly invites to be discovered on foot. There are two footpaths (4 and 7 km long) through the unspoilt landscape of the Andes, on which you come across cactuses, river banks, gorges and sumptuous meadows n the mountains. The buildings of the hacienda – stables, barns, working quarters, owner's house and guesthouse – are surrounded by palm trees, colourful bushes and gardens.

The lodge was built in 1999 to 2000 according to European standards of architecture. The estate has got all modern conveniences (electricity, drinking-water, biological sewage treatment, central hot water supply, central heating for all rooms, internet, telephone).

On the construction site with its more than 1000 square metres, there are the owner's house with garden, the elegantly styled Hacienda Lodge with 6 guest rooms (all with en-suite bathroom and facing the palm tree garden) and corresponding common rooms – e.g. restaurant, also called "Comedor"- with its own bathrooms and an open fireplace.

The spacious and professional kitchen contains a store-room, cellar, dining room for staff and toilet. Furthermore, there are sufficient and well equipped stables for the horses, saddle chamber, training paddock, workshop, wine production room, garage for car and tractor on the estate.

All rooms are furnished in the rustic Colonial style. This means a lot of wood and natural materials, wall paintings and clay roofing tiles, which create a cosy and exclusive atmosphere. Sauna, solarium and whirlpool with a view to the Andes provide additional conveniences.

The Company
The Lodge Los Andes, the gate to the wilderness of the Andes, is a comfortable and cosy outdoor centre and hotel. The guesthouse on the 500ha large estate boasts thirteen beds of various categories. International tour operators offer these products, but direct customers make up more than 80% of total turnover. Apart from the high-quality website in four languages which can be found on all search engines at the top of the lists, many customers come on recommendation, reports of travel guides and intensive advertising in Chile.

The absolutely professional business is renowned in Chile. It has got a superior price level, is well known in the country and there has been a lot of media reports on it

It is an advantage for tourism that there are 310 days of sunshine per year, that the Lodge is open all year, that it is away from the "tourist tracks", and offers extremely divers nature and clear air. All this invites guests to relaxed days in the Andes. This region has got the starriest sky in the world and famous observatories of many nations. The guests will find a charming combination of untouched wilderness, the beautiful Andes, holidays close to nature, relaxation and recovery here.

The Lodge exclusively offers its guests a 3km long river with romantic bathing places, the national park of 500ha with its own walking paths, a whirlpool with a view to the Andes, a sauna and a sunny palm tree garden to relax.

In addition, the lodge offers its guests many trips: riding tours (guided by the owners and guides), hiking, mountainbike tours and numerous other local activities.

Apart from the 6 rooms, the Lodge also offers a camping site on its own river.

The Lodge is listed in more than 15 different travel guides all over the world as an insider tip. The guests come from all parts of the world in order to enjoy the magnificent landscape and the healthy climate in an exclusive environment.

The turn-key-business  The Lodge Los Andes is in full working order at the moment and is open. Guests are welcomed there every day. The business will be handed over ready for immediate occupancy, fully furnished (e. g. with first-class trained horses) and 100% ready for operation.

This also includes everything that is necessary to continue operating as it is done at the moment, such as a complete saddle chamber with 12 saddles, well trained horses, workshop, tractor with devices and trailer (almost new), the hacienda's entire furnishing, such as kitchen (dish washer, fridges, food processors), complete furniture of all rooms, bedding and the entire hotel equipment.

Of course, the hacienda's team, who works well together and has been working there for 4 years, comprises a gardener and farmer, an expert on horses, room maids and cooks. They are interested in continuing their work at the hacienda. The manager-couple is also willing to work for the new owners for a longer period.

The new owner can immediately – without any restrictions– work and live at the hacienda and earn money. The Austrian/German manager-couple runs the Lodge themselves, they have been familiar with Chile for more than 10 years and and want to sell the Lodge for private reasons. In the future, they will breed and train criollic horses nearby.

Foreigners can legally set up a company in Chile immediately and acquire land and title completely in its name. The company's current auditor (speaks German and Spanish) is willing to deal with all the paperwork with a notary and to continue to work for the new owner. The buyer should of course employ a notary to supervise all actions. For reasons of confidentiality we do not make any statements about the real turnover and earnings on the internet. However, we guarantee that after deducting all expenses two very big yearly incomes according to European standards can officially be saved. This statement can be verified in detail in written form that can be understood be the buyer.
